We built the system we wanted beside the equipment.

One that shows what changed, helps a technician decide where to look, and gives the business a record of the result. Our patent-pending technology monitors excess oxygen and temperature while certified combustion-safety controls remain in charge.

Field deployment

Installed at a global aluminum manufacturer.

The Industrial system is installed inside a working production facility operated by a multibillion-dollar manufacturer with more than 20 manufacturing sites across 10 countries.

Our origin

A student project left the lab and met a real furnace.

D.B. Industrial Solutions was founded in 2026 by an Ohio University engineering team following the development of its combustion-monitoring technology through a senior capstone project.

That project became a company because the problem was larger than a class assignment. Periodic readings leave long gaps in the story of how combustion equipment is operating. We are building commercial and industrial systems that fill those gaps and connect the information to the people who can use it.

The Commercial Monitoring Panel is now being prepared for broader deployment.
